As a former professional baseball player, international scout, and collegiate player‑development coach with nearly 20 years of experience across Major League Baseball and NCAA Division I. I've coached, evaluated, and developed athletes at every level — from youth players to future professionals.
My baseball background consist of having played 12 seasons of professional and collegiate baseball, reaching AAA with multiple teams. During that time I was a AA All-Star, Texas League All‑Star, All Eastern League Second Baseman, NCAA All‑American 3rd Team Honor, and a member of the 1996 College World Series All‑Tournament Team. After my playing career, I spent a decade with the New York Yankees as an International Scout and Development Scout, specializing in hitter evaluation, mechanics, and long‑term player projection.
I am currently serving as the Player Development Director and First Base Coach at the University of North Florida, where I help develop infield play and batting practices focused on helping athletes grow.
As a private instructor, my focus is on teaching strong fundamentals, efficient movement patterns, and the baseball IQ needed to succeed at higher levels. With patience, communication, and connecting with young athletes, my goal is to provide a positive learning environment where players build confidence and long‑term skills.
The mission is simple: help young athletes develop the tools, habits, and mindset that lead to success — on and off the field.
